“Order process from start to finish was brilliant! We bought the freezer from FFD about 2 months ago, customer service were great, prices were excellent and the delivery service was outstanding. I would strongly recommend this company .”

“I had to edit my original review but I couldn’t edit it so... this has to be short and sweet! THIS WAS THE ONLY COMPANY WHO DID NOT LET ME DOWN!!!!!!!! I had 2 other companies that I physically phoned to guarantee delivery for particular days due to ice cream coming from abroad & they failed to provide a service that they promised OVER THE PHONE! I phoned this company last and the man I spoke to also promised & my goodness... he did deliver!! HE PROMISED AND HE DELIVERED! - personally, that is extremely important. If it wasn’t for this company and delivering the freezer when needed (bare in mind this is my 2nd freezer from here for ice cream) I would have melted ice cream in my drive way. I am extremely grateful & my friend will also be ordering from this company too in a few weeks.”
