“Next day delivery service apparently!!!! A bag with 6 chocolates - yes you read right 6 chocolates took almost 5 days to arrive……Very disappointing! The guts of £12.50 in total. The chocolates certainly didn’t come to the weight advertised.”

The number of chocolates in the pack is stated on the product listing, with regard to the weight, this is an estimated average quantity, meaning the actual weight of the product may vary slightly within a permitted tolerance range. We will however ask the packing team to double-check the average weight to ensure it is not falling under the stated weight.
