“David Kiss (our account manager) has been outstanding in his customer service helping us choose a new coffee machine, sparkling water tap and relocating items to our new office. He is always available to help and finds solutions quickly and efficiently - give him a pay rise, he deserves it!! All FreshGround engineers are also excellent and very hard working.”

“We changed to Freshground for the promise of an improved response to breakdowns. Apparently there have been lots of holidays booked and engneers off sick at the start of our contract, but the service is nowhere near where it was promised.”

“Lipski was able to attend school before we re-open to pupils to attend to the hot water boiler that had caused a flood over the summer break. The issue is now fixed with a more robust system in place to ensure this doesn't happen again.”
