terrible communication, some items weren't in stock, didn't answer my questions, wanted to deliver the following week but would have missed the party I needed the items for. Suddenly items were available.

It could be a great shop and it use to be, but my 2 last deliveries have been subpar, the lack of communication to the customers, the phone who is just here to ring endlessly, missing product in the order, I emailed but I doubt I will get any answers, changing the time slot without checking with the client and so on. I gave them a last chance this year and I think I will try another shop next time

Very sorry about this, you should be getting emails for the deliveries in London now with a timeslot. Customer service is very, very busy at the moment due to the extra volume of orders which is why not all calls are answered. You should always get an email reply within 24 business hours.

We lived in France for 17 years and this is the reason we like to purchase food items that are hard to find in England. We have always been very happy with you products but find issue with this last delivery. The Toulouse sausages were inedible having skins like leather and little garlic . Overall the sausages had little flavour and were binned. The other products were fine. Michael ffinch Mitchell

My hopes of finding my favourite product in the UK were completely dashed when they sent me a box of 6 bottles of a different brand than I had ordered and I only realised it when I unpacked them. Efficient and friendly customer service but still a very disappointing experience. I will not use them again. Bad mistake. Don't advertise a product on your website if it is out of stock and even worse, don't just send out second best. Just not good enough.

Very sorry about this, you should have been informed before the change of brand from Cristal Liminana to Pacific was done and the order was shipped. It seems there is a problem with the stock of the item you wanted at the moment and we're investigating with the supplier when more is coming in to stock.

Very sorry about this, unfortunately sometimes there can occasionally be issues with these items due to the nature of these fresh products and the complicated supply chains coming from the EU in this new era. We are working very hard to make sure we have everything as we should do on the correct day.

Cela fait 3 fois que je commande, les deux premières commandes ont eu des problèmes de produits (manquant ou erreur). La dernière commande devait arriver aujourd’hui, mais n’a seulement était envoyée qu’aujourd’hui. Aucun email pour prévenir. J’espère qu’au moins la commande est correcte cette fois ci. Sinon les produits sont bons 🥰.

Good quick delivery and price. HOWEVER I was shocked and dismayed to see the packaging was a big box full of polystyrene packing chips, even though the box itself proudly stated that it was recycled and recycleable. I didnt know this awful stuff was used any more as biodegradable products or cardboard strips are so much more environmentally friendly and widely used.

Very sorry about this, we are starting to use paper loose fill and for an order like yours without fresh or glass items that is what should be used. Please do also note that the flo pak green loose fill is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket recycling stations. Not happy with the delivery service which I have received. I have selected a specific time slot for a reason, i got delivered 2 hours dust the end of it. Additionally, customer service doesn't answer the phone. And I was not made aware of the products were which not available anymore.

Very sorry about this, the phone should be answered. Unfortunately when you ordered we still had someone in customer service on holiday. I can see one item was missing from your order, we do try our best to make sure all orders are complete. You can find out if anything is missing from the final version of the order in your order history in the your account section of the website, the night before delivery.

I ordered a galette des rois as I was promised a date of delivery before the epithany,, I placed the order and it arrived 4 days after the delivery date and the product was 2 days away from freshness expiry date!!!! So very disappointed

Very sorry to hear this. I can see you were delivered on 04/01 and there should have been plenty of stock with at least a two week best date available then. Please email a photo of what your received to customerservice@frenchclick.com and we'll refund them for you.

I have place on order on 10/01/24 that was meant to be delivered on 12/01/24. As of now I still haven’t reveived my order, Ive also emailed the customer service twice and still didn’t get any reply.. My experience is quite disppointing so far and I hope this will get resolved soon enough!

Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately we are charged a surplus by all 3 of the delivery companies we use for some postcodes in the highlands and islands area and we pass it on. If you are signed up for emails, we do discounts from time to time which may help reduce the total cost.

the order came 2 hours early, when i ordered a 12.00 slot to make sure i was here. 1/3 of the order was unavailable, and 1 item only had 3 days shelf life. overall not impressed. have been using another company since

Very sorry about this, this time of year it is very busy which unfortunately can lead to modifications to the routes and occasional missing items. We are working very hard so all deliveries are on time in the correct slot and with all products. I received my order from French Click, with only seven days before the the use by date on 6 out of 7 soft cheeses. The other had 4 weeks. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails and messages. Shockingly bad service.

Order arrived on time, but disappointed to see that 2 of the 3 packets of Bearnaise sauce were out of date, past the sell-by date prior to despatch. My Email to customer service did not receive a reply and when you try to call the phone cuts out after a few rings.

Good selection of products. However, the database is not updated with stocks. The two tins of duck confit I ordered because they were seen as available on the day (and in fact several days later) were not available. Had I known that I would probably not have ordered anything. A Similar thing happened with a previous order. This is just not professional.

I couldn’t get the registration form to work and could not otherwise work out how to order items . Not sure if the Company distributes products outside the London area and what the costs would be if they did . Given up now
