Very sorry to hear this, we can also offer paper loose fill as an alternative. The issue with Fresh items can be the condensation. If you're only ordering fresh items and nothing very fragile this shouldn't be a big problem. Please do also note the the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycles via supermarket recycling stations. “I love the choice of food and the fact that i can have french food delivered to the UK. I am concerned at how long DHL had my order before delivery especially as some of it was cheese. With reference to the cheese it arrived completely squashed and did not resemble the rocamador cheese i have had before. Also the biscuits arrived broken.”

We do now have paper loose fill available. If you want us to use this instead of the flo pak green, please specify it in the notes box on the shopping basket page. The flo pak green is degradable and it should be possible to recycle it at supermarket recycling stations.

“Parcel shows as delivered but has not been received. It certainly has not been signed by me or my partner. It looks like it was delivered at the wrong address, 2 Moat Drive rather than 6 Moat Drive.”

“The product was as advertised and it arrived in the timeframe given. Thank you for that. My only criticism is the packing. More training needs to be given to those who pack your products for shipping, as the product packaging arrived crushed. All of the packing material was at the bottom of the box, instead of being distributed evenly around the product to protect it. This meant that to close the box fully, the packer had to crush the product to seal the box. It's bad enough trying to get packages to arrive through the usual delivery companies in the condition they were intended for, but to pack the products incorrectly as well?”
