“You can get most of your work-a-day produce at Waitrose, Tesco or even Lidl. But some French (and Algerial) produce is only available at French Click: (big size jar) Amora Mustard, Harissa, Merguez, miscellaneous Charcuterie. Rillette de Canard ! And getting close to Christmas and New Year: a box of Oysters. Just go crazy and get the weekly shop. Delivered on time, chaque fois. Bravo. Colin”

“Très déçu de votre service.. j’avais commandé un foie gras de 500 à 600grs et vous m’envoyer un lob de 350grs sans prévenir votre client.a quoi sert de demander notre e-mail? Maintenant j’ai besoin d’un autre lob mais je refuse de payer une deuxième fois pour les frais d’envois.”

“Fantastic customer service, DHL delivered to the wrong address and wouldn't take responsibility despite being completely in the wrong, French Click didn't hesitate to send a replacement (via another carrier) at no cost, this kind of thing reaffirms your faith in online shopping and confirms that there are businesses out there working to put the customer first - French Click deserve 10 stars in my book!”

“Very pleased with the products delivered. Two items not delivered and cost deducted. Not sure why I can order them if they are not available. Order was not delivered in the time slot booked and I had to leave so had to request it was left by the front door. Not quite sure why a slot is not a slot. But nevertheless pleased with what was delivered.”

Unfortunately due to how our stock works there can occasionally be missing items at the last minute It looks like the delivery was 2 hours late and you have our apologies for that, we are working with DHL to get the deliveries on time and keep the delivery cost reasonable.

“I ordered these tinned French foods and they arrived promptly and well packed. Items are good quality as I’ve eaten them before whilst on holiday. Well worth a purchase if you like French stews and vegetables.”

“Order arrived on time, but disappointed to see that 2 of the 3 packets of Bearnaise sauce were out of date, past the sell-by date prior to despatch. My Email to customer service did not receive a reply and when you try to call the phone cuts out after a few rings.”

Very sorry about this, please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject or reply to your receipt email which will come from sales@frenchclick.com and we'll sort this for you. Please include a picture of the expiry dates and we'll be able to refund the items or resend them to you, we'll also need to investigate with our supplier as this is likely a rotation issue with the stock.

“A few items not available and one of the parcel arrived completely torn and opened on one side with one item on the floor as delivery was made earlier than requested and the 2 parcels were left outside my back door because I only came back home for the planned delivery time.”

“My first order arrived quickly and well-packed but two of the five bottles Vichy water which my order included and for which I had paid were missing. A hand-written packing slip said the shortage was due to a stock error and that the cost of the two bottles had been deducted from my payment. This turned out to be true; however, the delivery charge divided by the ordered items made each more expensive”
