“I think customer service is very good, the products are great and delivered on time. Price is a bit too expensive though, great to have the discount , the items are often damaged by delivery guys , and sometimes the packing is not at the top, although better now, or I receive something I did not order but customer service always reimburse promptly if I send photos, hence my reordering, often. Thank you French click”

“All of my items were supplied with the exception of 2 fresh items of white asparagus and artichoke. I did not receive notice of this, which I suggest needs to be rectified. Document in the good packaging box was the picking list and not an ammended invoice. Refunds were given for my lack of entering a discount password and for the two missing items which shows very good accountablity and the delivery was done on the agreed date and time period. I will be ordering again in the future.”

“- Greasy choice of products - Delivery charge was pretty high given the amount I spent - But for one of my items to be short-picked on my first order was very disappointing- and the half-hearted apology stamped on in red did not make me feel like a valued customer. And you made no effort to compensate me for the shortage. A voucher offering me discount on my next order could have kept me happy as well as ensuring I shop with you again.. I’m retired now but used to work in online retail. We fulfilled 99.9% of all orders placed. Unless I’ve been very unfortunate I suspect your order fulfilment falls well short of what should be expected. Either your stock balances were wrong. Or your picker did not look hard enough. Either way I didn’t get what I ordered..”

Unfortunately due to our business model, very occasionally some items can be missing. This item should have been removed from the final order total so you weren't charged for it. “I saw Frenchclick by chance on Facebook and was wondering if it wasn’t a scam. My daughter checked the reviews and said it isn’t a scam. So, we immediately made an order. Few days after, we were called and told , our order was ready for collection as we did choose collection option.”

“French Click is an interesting website giving access to French products some of which are difficult to find elsewhere. Their service is generally good but they are excessive with their packaging - who needs a whole load of styrofoam pellets for a package containing stock cubes and a packet of herbs!”

“Great customer service. Not their fault (in my opinon) that their delivery company let them down but they still did everything they could to make uo for it. They're a great company and when I have the money to order from them again I definitely will.”

“I purchased 6 x Teisseire Lemon Cordial mixers on 24th June 2024 and they were delivered on 28th June but unfortunately the wrong flavour, Lime. I telephoned French Click who asked for confirming photo via email. Once this was sent, replacements were immediately arranged by Benedicte and Alban and received on 4th July. Despite the wrong items arriving, the transaction was corrected in a very polite, friendly and efficient manner. Excellent all-round service from all contacts at French Click. Highly recommended.”
