“If I don't rate a suppier at 5 stars I don't go back. I keep returning to French Click - they have good (hard to source) products at fair prices and reliable delivery. Fresh Items arrive in Cornwall still well chilled, ready for freezing or eating.”

“I purchased four Barbary duck breasts from French Click for a birthday dinner. Didn't do anything too 'cheffy', basically seasoned andpan-fried skin-side down for the majority of the time; just browned the other side for some colour. They were magnificent! I'm thinking of getting some for Christmas dinner, as none of us are too bothere about turkey, we normally have a goose, which is getting very expensive. Four of these duck breasts gave over four pounds of meat, and carving/slicing was a doddle The quality of these was terrific and would have easily fed eight adults. Will certainly explore French Click for other delectable! Many thanks. Martin D'Arcy”

“Normally goods arrive within a week. However this time we ordered on 24 Oct and as we did not receive it in the normal time we chased it up. To be fair customer services acted very quickly,and eventually we have received it today 11th Nov . We love the quality of the goods, and as this is the first time in several years of ordering that we have had a problem, it will not stop us from continuing with them”

“I ordered 12 odd bottles of mineral water and because they apparently were over weight ( not my fault ) I was e mailed to ask if I would pay more I replied saying yes of course But please let me know how you want me to pay because there’s no facility on your website to do that when you order the goods you click on the goods and it put them in the basket and for six odd pounds that they’re asking for for this extra top up, I’ve no way of paying it. I’ve emailed them three times Benedict Emailed me to notify me that this requirement of payment was needed and I emailed back three times and said please tell me how I’m supposed to I still haven’t had the water they took an order from me for £148 and if I don’t get something back in the next two days I shall make a formal complaint. Ask my money back and never order from them again. Absolutely ridiculous.”
