“Delivered wrong, address no response by phones of which I’ve tried 40 times and no response from over 5 emails. Incredibly poor customer service and very frustrating.”

Very sorry about this. It's due to the time of year, customer service is very, very busy. They're answering emails first to avoid duplication with emails and phone calls for the same orders. Please email sales@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject or try on the phone in the afternoon.

“Real French produce shipped to your door. Fresh items are well packed with chilled insuation so arrives in good condition. Very convenient to be able to obtain the French Pates here without a trip to Calais !”

“I love the variety of products and it has been delivered nearly on time. I should recommend to change your delivery company though. I clearly asked to deliver it “ at one of my neighbours “ but my instructions have not been respected. My parcel has been left on the front porch and in the pouring rain.”

“Good to have access to this food. But expensive, and box that arrived, although made of re-cycled cardboard, was more tha half-full of expanded polystyrene shapes. Packaging could have been much more sustainable”
