“DHL delivery efficient Products delivered in good state Even though products + delivery is a little pricey”

“Am very happy with the service levels, quality of the products I have purchased along with the pricing is fair and reasonable compared to other sites charging for the same items. Queries are dealt with promptly which is always great.”

Very sorry about this, it looks like there was a stock problem with one item on the order but it has now shipped out. You should have been contacted about this with the new delivery date. “It is a nice French shop where you find most of the French food you cannot get anywhere else. The only negative point I want to make is that styrofoam chips are used for the packaging which I have not seen being used in the last 10 years. These cannot be recycled.”

Sorry to hear this, please note the flo-pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at Supermarket recycling points. Very sorry about this. The parcel has been shipped with DHL and it looks like they've tried to deliver it a few times and it seems to be out for delivery again now. Please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com so we can resolve this for you.

“Excellent cheeses, excellent service, I was given a date and it turned up on that date. Easy to order - all in all an excellent transaction - did I say The Cheeses are Fabulous. I will be ordering more - very soon. I had guests taking photos of the cheeses so they could order some!”

“Hard to write a review as this was a gift for someone else, but the emails to do so are building up, so... Great website and choices and would've been on time for delivery, but it was delayed a day which was awkward, as someone was waiting on for it (cheese on the doorstep in 30 degrees = bad). It was signed for by me apparently despite the fact I'm 150 miles away, but I'm guessing that's a delivery driver issue! Personally I will be buying from you again, to my own doorstep this time!”
