“As always, the ordering process, packaging, and delivery were perfect. What wasn't in this instance (I have ordered from French Click several times before), is the error in my order. I was sent one wrong item in my order (the wrong terrine). After having to send a photograph of my delivery note and the wrong item, I expected to have the correct item sent to me. It wasn't, I was simply given a refund. And, I didn't like the "wrong" item. I did email French Click about my disapointment but received no reply.”

“Was thrilled to find on line that I could buy sparkling Vichy water in the UK :-)( I looked high and low for months a few years ago and gave up, wasn't unitil early 2024 I found French Click sold it! Was not sure about how many of them I could order ( because of weight and delivery etc), Alban was very helpful and replied to my questions very quickly. Was impressed with how easy it was to order. Will no doubt order again when I have worked my way through what I bought. Worth 5 stars :-)”

Please also note that the flo pak green is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled at supermarket recycling points.

“Not happy with the delivery service which I have received. I have selected a specific time slot for a reason, i got delivered 2 hours dust the end of it. Additionally, customer service doesn't answer the phone. And I was not made aware of the products were which not available anymore.”

Very sorry about this, the phone should be answered. Unfortunately when you ordered we still had someone in customer service on holiday. I can see one item was missing from your order, we do try our best to make sure all orders are complete. You can find out if anything is missing from the final version of the order in your order history in the your account section of the website, the night before delivery.

“I ordered a galette des rois as I was promised a date of delivery before the epithany,, I placed the order and it arrived 4 days after the delivery date and the product was 2 days away from freshness expiry date!!!! So very disappointed”

Very sorry to hear this. I can see you were delivered on 04/01 and there should have been plenty of stock with at least a two week best date available then. Please email a photo of what your received to customerservice@frenchclick.com and we'll refund them for you.

“My items arrived in great condition, was sealed very well in the box (as it was liquids)…. The only issue I would say was that I specifically Paid for it to be delivered by DPD but it was delivered by DHL Other than that, everything is great 🙌 Thank you French Click, what you guys do is amazing”
