“Most of my order excellent , but one can of petite poi’s with carrots was missing from the order. I expected it to be replaced, but have not heard or received anything, not even a refund!”

“Good range of food but they don't let you know when a product is not available. They just refund you - no curtesy email, nothing, which I find quite rude really”

Very sorry for this missing item, you can find out what if anything is missing, if you go to the your account section of the website, from your order history at the bottom of the page. When we update the order, it also updates their and any missing will be listed at the bottom of the order if you download it.

“I ordered three Duck Breasts (Magret de Canard). They arrived perfectly packed and in well-chilled condition surrounded by an ice pack (I live in the Lake District so it was a long journey). The notifications of the arrival time were excellent. All in all, I shall be using French Click again.”

“Sack your IT expert he has destroyed what was a User friendy site and made it almost unusable. It is difficult to navigate, has far too much garbage and has every sign of a bored, under utilsied IT staff. I almost gave up trying to use the site, The old site was clear , concise and vbvery easy to use. For goodness sake see reason”

“I’m not impressed at all with this company. I placed an order 2 and a half weeks ago and it still hasn’t even been posted. I was told a while back that they were still waiting for it but I’ve had no updates or offers of how I’d like to proceed. Unfortunately, I won’t be using them again.”
