“Very pleased with the whole process of ordering and paying for items on website. Everything is clear and straightforward with excellent photos and description of items. Checkout is efficient and I was impressed with information on dispatch and delivery times and the packaging was first class, well insulated and goods still chilled on arrival. Great service.”

“Great company, great product choice and fast delivery. The only reason I give 4 stars is because of the horrible foam packaging used in the box to secure the items - please change it to something more environmentally friendly. Thanks”

We do use paper loosefill on dry and non fresh items now and the flo pak green is degradable and can be recycled at supermarket recycling points. “My last two orders were delayed 3.5 hours and 2 hours last time. There's no way to contact the driver (or anyone else) to get an update, so both times I was literally stuck at home, waiting. Also some items were missing and it would be nice to have a warning about it when orderning. I order on frenchclick mostly to get Francine flour (and the rest is "extra") so when that specific item is missing, it's really disapointing and my order doesn't really make sense anymore.”

Very sorry about this, unfortunately in your area it can be quite difficult to deliver in the morning consistently due to the distance from our depot. You should be able to contact customer service on email customerservice@frenchclick.com and on the phone 02070976613 on delivery day and they'll be able to estimate a delivery time. We are also very sorry about this missing flour, if you want to order just that we can arrange to deliver it when we're in the area without any delivery charge. Please contact customer service and we'll sort that.

“Cela fait 3 fois que je commande, les deux premières commandes ont eu des problèmes de produits (manquant ou erreur). La dernière commande devait arriver aujourd’hui, mais n’a seulement était envoyée qu’aujourd’hui. Aucun email pour prévenir. J’espère qu’au moins la commande est correcte cette fois ci. Sinon les produits sont bons 🥰.”

“A bit expensive, the black olives are dry, not in water nor vinegar as usual, got less yop than what I ve paid for. One article reimbursed as I guess it was not in stock. Packaging always good though.”

“a frustrating experience.. normally really happy with them- good range of products and fast delivery. But communication could be better they don't tell you an item isn't in stock you just find out when you open the parcel.- not good when its the main thing you've ordered ( and the site shows as in stock) and dont answer the phone when you try to discuss. Hopefully a one off issue.”

Unfortunately due to the supply chain complication and customs, occasionally items could be missing at the last minute. If you want to re-order them, we can refund any delivery charge. “I love French Click! Great service, rapid delivery too. I fell in love with Petit Marseillais soaps and handwash many years ago and I would always stock up if we went to France for our summer holiday. Obviously that was not possible in the lockdown period, so it was great to be able to buy the products online, and I don't have to buy 15 handwash refills when I go on holiday now!! There is a really good selection of loads of other products too. Highly recommend.”

“A very good service, it took less than 3 days to receive my order to Northern Ireland. As it impossible to get french products in Northern Ireland, I am really happy that French click delivers in NI. My overall experience was great and I will definitely reorder from French click.
