I'm sure the food was good, but delivery by DPD let you down and it arrived over 2 days late .

Disappointed as 4 of the items ordered were not sent even though they were stated as in stock on the website. Would not have ordered had I known so many items would be absent

Most of my order excellent , but one can of petite poi’s with carrots was missing from the order. I expected it to be replaced, but have not heard or received anything, not even a refund!

Good range of food but they don't let you know when a product is not available. They just refund you - no curtesy email, nothing, which I find quite rude really

Very sorry for this missing item, you can find out what if anything is missing, if you go to the your account section of the website, from your order history at the bottom of the page. When we update the order, it also updates their and any missing will be listed at the bottom of the order if you download it.

Love the produce and the prices. My low mark is the result of a recent failure to inform me in advance that a key purchase was not available and was not supplied resulting in severe embarrassment. Some way to warn customers that high cost items will be missing from their delivery must be incorporated with the service.

Very sorry about this, if a high amount of your order is missing, this should be communicated in advance of the delivery so you don't only find out when we show up.

The quality is still superb, however it is disappointing to only find out when unpacking that a fair few items aren't there. On the site they are in stock. Are substitutions an option?

Got a call saying my order would be later than 5th April due to them waiting for a delivery from France. That’s fine but I’m still waiting and have had no correspondence since and no products…

Unfortunately we could not experience the French yumminess due to delivery issues hopefully this will be sorted for Irish deliveries soon!

After being very excited about finding my favourite products online and taking my time choosing a good selection, imagine my disappointment when 4 did not turn up ! I only found out when opening the box ! The accompanying document just read "0" in front of the missing items. Very disappointing ! At least I was not charged for them.

Everything was going well until I received my package with a few missing items without any emails beforehand to say so. I was going to give it a 5star but due to the lack of communication from them, I can only give three.

I love being able to get the French brands I prefer delivered and I can even forgive the odd time that an item is mistakenly sent however one constant annoyance is that no one thinks to isolate the delicate pastry goods from the jars during the packaging process. No one wants a squashed croissant!

You never know if your order is going to be ok or if you have missing items (which happened with almost every order) some products can be pretty expensive .

I’m getting a feedback request although I didn’t manage to place an order. I tried but couldn’t access my account and gave up. French Click must improve their password management system. Telling me the last two characters of my password by email doesn’t help, especially when they match what I was entering. And sorry, facing the prospect of spending a long time on the phone to get this sorted is not really appealing while on the move. Finally, you might want to improve your website and make it tablet/ mobile phone friendly… We are in 2022, not 1998.
