“Great Service from start to finish! I wish i had found the website earlier (been here for over 20 years!) If the price were to be a bit lowered, i will place order every single month! Needless to day, i will re-order again!”

“Wonderful range of foods, received on the date given, only one item not available and I was correctly invoiced. The box had split en route and a chill pack had split making it a bit messy in the box but nothing was spoiled. I think the carrier had retaped it. The weight of the goods needed a stronger box I think.”

“terrible communication, some items weren't in stock, didn't answer my questions, wanted to deliver the following week but would have missed the party I needed the items for. Suddenly items were available.”

“The parcel was delivered quickly and I was told when it had been shipped and when it was likely to arrive. The box was a bit small for the jar I ordered, but it was still sealed and it still worked!”

Sorry about this, the reason is there is a very large extra charge and customs complications for us to ship to Norway. We would do it if was viable.

“It could be a great shop and it use to be, but my 2 last deliveries have been subpar, the lack of communication to the customers, the phone who is just here to ring endlessly, missing product in the order, I emailed but I doubt I will get any answers, changing the time slot without checking with the client and so on. I gave them a last chance this year and I think I will try another shop next time”

Very sorry about this, you should be getting emails for the deliveries in London now with a timeslot. Customer service is very, very busy at the moment due to the extra volume of orders which is why not all calls are answered. You should always get an email reply within 24 business hours.

“Great products! The only issue was that only 3 out of 4 selected items arrived. The shipping sheet showed that one of the items was not picked. Would have been good for someone to let me know ahead of time along with a refund notification .”
