“I ordered from the United States and they substituted what I ordered. It cost me a lot and they sent me an item I could have bought here and wouldn’t have had to spend 54 pound for shipping. I was told they didn’t substitute international item, but no one has gotten back with me. Very disappointed total spent for nothing I wanted 117.00 pounds.”

“Fantastic choice of French products on this website. If like me you were brought up in France, many products will resonate and take you back in time. I am a sweet tooth so I bought several weeks of Danette and biscuits while my neighbour (also French) has started her shopping list with several varieties of pâtés and foie gras. For obvious reasons the delivery is a bit costly but next time I will combine my shopping with my neighbour to share the delivery cost.”

“The products is good but I can never make a purchase because I can never pass my card through the SAGE security system. I use my card many times elsewhere . The situation is very frustrating , and time consuming, I do try ! T FITTON .”
