“Really like This company, can buy easily products from my country, with price not really expensive. Even my kids found their biscuits and yabon products. The customer service is great . 100 % satisfy 😌”

“I found the website difficult to use. The menu and product groups were limited and there were obviously more products available than appeared under those headings. Found what I wanted eventually by having to use the Search facility.”

“Always pleased with the goods I receive and the way I am kept informed of delivery time. However this time I was disappointed with the short use by dates of the Peltier Brioche Toasts. I frequently order them and it has never been a problem before”

“Not impressed. A series of either incomplete or delayed deliveries. When finally sent, delivery is not made on time. Still waiting. Perhaps use a more reliable delivery service? I don’t think I will use or recommend French Click again”

Very sorry about this. Unfortunately it seems some items were removed from your original order when they shouldn't have been. The redelivery was then moved back one day as the soap was still missing. Unfortunately we can't control exactly DHL but we are sorry they delivered later than expected.

“Not sure what is going on. Incomplete order delivered last week, customer service totally unresponsive to emails and phone calls until the negative feedback was posted. French Click was supposedly sending the missing item. Package never arrived, French Click could not track the order, no real update forthcoming, one wonders who is actually taking care of the orders and of the despatch?? Not reliable and honest. Still waiting to get my money worth of items”

Very sorry about this, it looks like we had a problem with the stock of the Persavon Savon De Marseille Glycerine 4x100g which delayed the reshipment of the order yesterday. This item is coming in today and we're going to ship it today.

“So disappointed. Is French Click run by a new team? Order was despatched without informing me that a couple of items were out of stock contrary to information at the time of placing the order, had I known I would not have ordered the rest but would have waited until the most important items were actually available. Refund was made promptly, which ticked the boxes. Upon receipt of the order however, one item was missing, despite being charged for it. I rang a million times and emailed to bring this to the attention of French Click: no answer to my emails, and no one ever picks up the phone. So as things stand, I have been charged for more than I have received and this is dishonest. I truly hope to have this rectified.”

“My delivery last week was great! I live in Bath so quite a way to deliver but it arrived on stated day and everything was well packed in ice bags and all was still chilled on arrival! All good was great quality and very fresh - pleased with everything. There was only one hiccup - not French Click’s fault. I had an email 3/4 hour before delivery was due (by 12.30am) saying that it couldn’t be delivered until tomorrow. I was concerned as my chilled products would be ruined so contacted French Click straight away and they contacted the delivery firm before the driver returned to the depot so they were able to get to me with my goods only minutes later than due! So pleased - great service French Click!”

“Good selection of French food that normally cannot be bought in the uk. Only criticism is the prices are very high. Cassoulet is over twice the price as it is in France for instance.”
