“It's great to find some of my favourite French products only a click away. Good delivery time, too. However, my delivery was extremely over-packaged, despite the metal bottles already having small dents in that could only have happened prior to packing. I don't care about the dents, but I do care about the huge box and the irritating polystyrene bits.”

“So many things on that website for French people living abroad. I had to limit myself as I could have bought 1 of everything. And the prices are reasonable. Easy website to navigate, fast delivery. Will use again.”

“The delivery was pretty prompt and the items were well packaged in cooling materials. Although the delivery was to the North of England and far from the London base, I was very impressed with how quickly the order arrived. The range of French goods at Click is excellent and appealing to Francophiles like me.”

Very sorry to hear this. Generally we have had improving supply and very good item availability in the last few months. We can offer free delivery when you order again if you had a lot of items removed so you can get them without paying for delivery again. Please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we'll remove any delivery charge on it.
