I love that I should be able to get all the wonderful things that I used to go to France and get myself, but I just don't understand their system. Sadly the past two times I have ordered things that DO NOT say 'unavailable' when I add them to my basket, they have failed to arrive and then they simply drop off the order. No explanation email in advance or any attempt to tell me when they will be in stock so they can dispatch them to me. I am assuming I have to order them again and would have to pay a delivery charge again. The items in question are over £30 and the thing I am most passionate about getting, not a minor part of the order at all. Added to the fact that they delivered 6 tins of the wrong brand of beans to me this last order I am a bit sad about the whole thing. They DID credit me for the beans and let me keep them, but had they asked me if I wanted them as a replacement to the ones that were supposed to have been in stock I would have refused them. Can they improve perhaps and get a real-time stock control system like most online providers I wonder? I am sure I will order again one day but it took me a long time to come out of a sulk the last time they did this to me :(

good delivery except biscuits, many of which were broken , in crumbs in the packets; ; also 'gouters' biscuits, as delivered, are not 'dejeuners' biscuits , which is what i ordered

Usually much better than this. E-mail message from them to say there would be a delay in delivering due to waiting for delivery. Email back immediately to say it wasn't a problem but that I was away until a certain date so please fix delivery after that. No response. Within two hours I had a message from DPD saying our delivery was fixed fir the original date but that the package had not yet been received. Second email from DPD changing the date to after I had left for holiday - BUT offering me the option to deliver to a neighbour; took that option and gave the address. No delivery! Neighbour checked later that day and found the package had been left at my address anyway. Can't say I was too impressed with the 'joined-up' logistics.

One item sent incorrectly. They credited the price but I really wanted the item and that is why I ordered it.

Not so good this time. My initial order seemed to get lost so I had to re-order and when it came, in spite of the elaborate packaging, one of the jars was completely smashed. Better luck next time ?

I loved finding somewhere to get a great range of French products in the UK - especially now! Delivery was good, however, there is not a system to let you know that something is out of stock. So the main thing I ordered didn't arrive and the other items which were just 'nice to haves' did ... I now have to pay for delivery again and can't see how I can find out when my item will be in stock. Definite process improvement needed here and then I would feel much more comfortable placing my next order. I think I just have to keep trying and make sure I don't link it with any other products so I end up paying more in delivery costs than the items themselves. I think it is a straightforward fix and be good if they could do as the service they offer to those of missing our French shopping trips is brilliant!

It's great to have french products in London. I understand that we have to pay more for products but the delivery fee is outrageous.

The goods arrive quickly, but they were poorly wrapped up in an ordinary plastic bag.No protection for the glass bottles whatsoever. Besides, the delivery is very e pensive

The products are first rate but the admin is a shambles. First they told me that some of the products I ordered were out of stock and could I wait a few days. When I asked how long is a few days and which products were out of stock I didnt get a reply. In the meantime they had charged my credit card. 2 days later I was told which products were out of stock but the same day I received an email telling me my order would be delivered the following day. When it was delivered it was complete except for 1 of the 6 duck breasts I had ordered.

2packets of dried soup missing Knorr Soupe deshydratee forestiere. It’s ticked on the Order Picking Ticket no SO-334387 but was not in the parcel. I have trie many times to phone and once left a message but have not heard anything. A pity as I was delighted to find this site and would love to place more orders if I could trust customer service!

I was very pleased with the delivery service from French Click - next day and well packed with cool bags to keep items fresh. The only disappointment was that the creme fraiche was already out of date on the day it was shipped.

Very satisfied with price and delivery time and response to my email (on the issue below), I ordered multiples of a product and only after I had received the order did I find out that they were out of stock, so I didn't recieve everything I ordered. (2 days later I was refunded) If you are out of stock SAY IT ON THE WEBSITE! so people are aware of that when buying and not when it is too late!

Very sorry about this, unfortunately sometimes there can be computer or other errors that result in products being out of stock at the last minute. If a reasonable amount of your order is being changed you should be contacted before it's done. If you want to order the missing amount, we'll refund any delivery charge so you won't have to pay it. The order arrived a day later than booked. One item not available and money refunded. Ordered 3 of one item, 2 arrived and one different. A little disappointing.

No problem whatsoever with French Click who delivered on time our Poulet Bresse. The bird had an average flavour but was quite tough. Not worth the money as there are plenty of carefully reared breeds in the UK that would be considerably cheaper and have a lot more flavour.

My delivery arrived on time. However my multipacks of coffee had been split, in order to fit in the cardboard box. I had intended to give 2 multipacks away as gifts, but now can’t, as they are damaged.
