“Good french products. Delivery was quick. Only downside was the ton of polystyrene non compostable or dissolvable to secure the goods in the box. If it was more eco-friendly I will give it a five star.”

Thanks for the feedback and 4 star rating. We're very happy the delivery was quick. For orders with heavy damageable items we do use flo pak green loosfill. Please do note that it is degradable and it can be recycled at supermarket recycling points. “My hopes of finding my favourite product in the UK were completely dashed when they sent me a box of 6 bottles of a different brand than I had ordered and I only realised it when I unpacked them. Efficient and friendly customer service but still a very disappointing experience. I will not use them again. Bad mistake. Don't advertise a product on your website if it is out of stock and even worse, don't just send out second best. Just not good enough.”

Very sorry about this, you should have been informed before the change of brand from Cristal Liminana to Pacific was done and the order was shipped. It seems there is a problem with the stock of the item you wanted at the moment and we're investigating with the supplier when more is coming in to stock.

“*** AVOID *** JOKE OF A COMPANY 1. order "arrived" slower than promised 2. not notified at any point prior to parcel arrival that some product were missing 3. send parcel to wrong address 4. they are very happy to never give you a refund for the products you did not receive (I deliberately waited over 2 weeks) There's no excuse!”

Very sorry about this, it looks to me like the delivery was done on time for this order on the 27/09, from what I can see we have put the correct address. It looks like a couple of products were missing but they were noted on the picking ticket and your online account and you haven't been charged for them. Please can you email sales@frenchclick.com with the details and we'll investigate this further asap.

“My order with French click arrived on time, perfectly packed and all the products were in excellent condition. Benedicte was amazing, so helpful and thoughtful as I had forgotten some items initially but these were then added to the order. We have used French Click over the years to buy products you can’t usually find in UK supermarkets and will continue todo so. Many thanks Team French Click Julie and Philip French”
