“Lots of French products but it’s a shame that out of stock products are not thoroughly updated on their site. Several key products were missing on my delivery and I had to call them to get a refund on an item that was missing and not taken off my bill.”

Very sorry about this, you should have been contacted about this missing item before delivery as it was quite a big part of the order. This is a mistake by us and we'll be investigating what happened to make sure it doesn't happen again.

“Happy with the service and product - but arrived damaged and of the 8 pots I had ordered, 3 were damaged and there contents had to be thrown away aswell as the mess it made. The box had a large dent in it so assume was damaged during delivery.”

Dear valued customer, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a 4-star rating for French Click. We are trying to get the international delivery costs down as much as possible. Fuel price increases and other inflation have pushed up the cost of trans Atlantic air freight quite a lot unfortunately.
