“I bought 8 puddings but they only had 5 days of life so I had to have 2 puddings a day to use them in time. Apart from that, not bad.”

“Love Frenchclick as I can get beloved French products that I can not find anywhere else…..however, feeling a bit let down with product (namely merguez) showing available online but unavailable upon delivery (my last 4 or 5 orders!). Very quick on refund but hardly the point sadly. Other than that excellent service/delivery, well packaged (although could do better with something more easy to dispose of/better for the environment) and customer services. Any chance frenchclick can sell alcohol such as Ricard in the future?”

“Ordering was very easy as was choosing a delivery time. The delivery was on time by a very friendly man. Although the product is little bit more expensive than in France it's cheaper that making a trip to buy, so it's a win-win for me.”

“It is great that we are able to buy French products through you and I have done for many years. The one main thing I have an issue with is the packaging it is not environmentally friendly and does not keep products intact. Often I have yoghurt pots that have leaked I don’t complain as I am pleased to have access to French products whilst living in the UK. There are also products that are missing from the orders which I understand but I am not sure if these are refunded?”

Very sorry about this. Usually the packaging should be able to protect the items and we do also use fragile tape. Sometimes the delivery companies can be very rough with the packages which can occasionally cause damage. You should certainly only be charged for what you receive. The final version of your order is always available in the your account section of the website in your order history. If there is any issue with that, please email customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and it'll be sorted.
