sorry to say but the 1st parcel was perfect pero the 2nd well came very late in the day plus did not have enough ice packs ect

French Click now very disappointing, never answer the phone, don't reply to messages and always have stock errors. You select what you want, pay what is requested, order arrives half wanted items not supplied because of stock errors. That is it, never again, be warned what you order you won't get.

Very sorry about this, if you're missing items, we can always offer free delivery on your next order so you can order them again without paying extra. Unfortunately, due us doing quite a large range of products with long supply chains and now customs occasionally the odd item might be missing.

Good products but I am disappointed that there is never a free delivery option regardless of how much is being spent, most companies now offer this service over a certain amount of spend.

Good prices, but delivery is very expensive!! the expiration date was only for a week! We received product 10.05, but exp. date is 17.05!!!

Sorry about this. It would be usual for the fresh rillettes to have a use by date of 7-21 days. Unfortunately this is just the nature of this fresh item. We do also do some rillettes in jars which are not chilled and will have a year or longer.

Please make shipments to the US more reasonable. £60 pound of purchase but £140 shipping is just insane. I do it when I can save up for it as it’s the only place my husband can get his Vichy Célestin water that he needs for his health

Unfortunately we are charged by volumetric weight to ship via air and it can be quite expensive. More so in the last two years with inflation and high fuel costs. We don't make any money on the shipping cost.

You get everything you expect, but the shopping costs are far too high. You specify a particular shipping date and the order came the next day.

I placed my order and a few days later I received a refund of £4.56 ? No email explanation or anything. My order turned up with an item missing hence the refund. Apart from that a good company.

Very sorry about this. The missing item should be listed on the order when it's edited and you should also be notified on the picking ticket given on delivery.

Sorry to hear this. You can find out if anything is missing the night before delivery, you need to check your account section of the website, in your order history, anything missing will be updated on the order copy there. Unfortunately sometimes items can be missing at the last minute due to stock or other errors. If it's something substantial you should be contacted about it. We can usually offer free delivery on your next order if we've made a mistake. Please contact matthew@frenchclick.com and we can sort that.

Reason for 3 star review is due to the way the goods were packaged. The cheese was packed in bubble bags with ice blocks directly on top of the cheese rather than outside the bubble bags. The ice blocks thawed in transit and caused the cheese boxes to become very wet and soggy which did not look good for putting out to sale! Also, to comply, products sold in the UK should have as a minimum, the ingredients in English. The crepes had English already printed on the packaging but we had to translate and create our own labels for the cheese.

Delivery cost is expensive. More often than not there's something missing or wrong in my order. Better customer communication is needed.

Good website, but after 5 days order had not been shipped. After I alerted this it seems they sent it advising it WOULD arrive on the day / slot I paid for. It did not! Carrier advised it would arrive the following Day. It did not arrive despite us staying in as part of the order was a gift. Instead, we got a text message stating we had not been in (untrue) and it would be available at a 'drop-shop' the following day. Drop shop was a 7 mile walking round-trip

The products I received were of good quality and well packaged however there were quite a few items out of stock and no notifications to let me know in advance which was disappointing

I ordered raclette and fondue packs (among other things). Products were as expected, well delivered. However, I had to freeze all the raclette packs (hopefully it's fine...) because the perishable dates were super short, I ordered end of November and the due dates were end of December. I can't obviously eat 4 packs of raclette in less than 1 month (even if I told them about it). All good with fondues. I wish they have told me about the raclette dates and I would have changed my mind. Haven't tried the products yet but they look ok.

Very sorry about this, we need to look in to what box size was used on the order. Please also note that the flo-pak green loose fill we use is degradable in the natural environment and it can be recycled in some areas.

Products got delivered in time and it is nice to receive the products I loved so much in France and miss since in the UK. However, there are a couple of things that I think vould be improved such as the amount of plastic used in the parcel. The outside box could have been far smaller and therefore contain a lot less of the little green padding things. The amount of this things in the parcel filled half my my grey been, it was crazy. Also the peremption dates are very tight so it feels like some of the stock have been in the warehouse for a while. Would still definitely buy from French Click again though.

Sorry to hear this. We do use bubble bags which should be able to recycled at supermarket recycling points and flo pak green loose fill which is degradable in the natural environment and can be recycled in some areas too.
