“Good to be able to buy French groceries not easy to find elsewhere in the UK. Appreciate ability to chose delivery company as well as delivery date. Have placed several order and only once had an issue and that was speedily resolved by them.”

“This is a great site for purchasing all those “essentials” when you can’t get over the water to get your favourite French products. They are a little pricey but that is what you pay for convenience of accessibility and it still saves on the ferry fare!”

“My main reason for trying French Clic was to buy Toulouse sausages. The ones I got were lacking in taste and nothing like the Toulouse sausages I used to buy in 50 years ofholidaying in France.”

“Frenchclick was found when ordering from France became too expensive and bureaucratic. I found them to supply cheese and sausage of the highest quality and the order expedited promptly. I am unable to find fault with them from my dealings.”

Very sorry about this, there was an issue with the Nestle Tonimalt and it's not available for the moment. The order has now been refunded.

“Good selection of products but desirable service improvements such as - possibility to amend the order up to 24h or 48h before delivery - availability of a 'my favorites' section including previously ordered items.”

Thanks for the feedback. We will certainly look at those improvements about editing before delivery, we do have the frequently ordered item express list, though you have to enter individual product pages to add items to it. You can also reorder everything from a prior order from the order history page in the your account section of the website.
