“We used French Click during lockdown and the service wasn’t great but this time it was fantastic. Easy to order, well packaged (not over packaged like last time) and overall a good experience. We would use them again routinely and more frequently.”

“I bought 2 butters, one of them is only 5 days to valid date. The milk I ordered is not available when I went to collect it, however 2 days after is delivered to my house without delivery fees. I’m not sure if I will continue to be a customer in French Click.”

Very sorry about this, please contact customerservice@frenchclick.com with your order number as the subject and we can refund the butter if you're unable to use it. The milk was a stock error and you should have been told to come and collect when we had it. We have offered the free delivery for it.

“Reason for 3 star review is due to the way the goods were packaged. The cheese was packed in bubble bags with ice blocks directly on top of the cheese rather than outside the bubble bags. The ice blocks thawed in transit and caused the cheese boxes to become very wet and soggy which did not look good for putting out to sale! Also, to comply, products sold in the UK should have as a minimum, the ingredients in English. The crepes had English already printed on the packaging but we had to translate and create our own labels for the cheese.”
