“Since we were assigned other vehicles and other times by the car rental company, we had to rebook the ferry several times. This all went smoothly, especially with the support of Mr. Rama. For us, but especially for our employees in the vehicles, it is perfect to have a German-speaking manager with Mr. Rama, who takes care of our concerns. Excellent service. We can recommend your company again at any time.”

“Freightlink have a great website , easy to use / book jobs , there is nothing additional i wished they had on their website. Our account manager , Joseph Horan is exceptional. Very helpful , responds to emails very quickly and never fails to resolve any issues.”

“Lukasz was our main point of contact for our 30+ vehicle move, we had to make several major amendments to the initial booking, these were handled with no issues. Unfortunately our ret journey had issues as several vehicle GMR codes were not accepted by Stena Line. A couple of phone calls to Lukasz corrected the issue which was put down to a computer glitch when original GMRs were entered onto system. We all got home safe and sound.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, technical problems can have a huge impact at the ports. In this case, due to some temporary technical issues with GVMS, your initial GMR's were not saved properly despite showing correct results. Lukasz then made new GMRs for you which were accepted shortly after. At Freightlink, Lukasz and the rest of our fantastic team are dedicated to support our customers the whole way, even in the unfortunate event of technical difficulties. We are pleased to hear that your journey was a success!

“This was my first time booking ferries to Ireland and as it was northern Ireland I didn't realise customs documents would be required. I found Freightlink totally unhelpful with pointing me in the right direction and advising, assisting with this process. In the end due to this our two lorries missed the ferry they were booked on too. Most frustrating booking I have made and believe me I have done a few all around the world.”
