“As I had never booked a freight booking for our vans, I was not 100% sure exactly what I was doing, must admit I did ring the nos. advertisement and got no response, but happened to find the 01772 Preston no. and got a response straight away from Luke who was more than happy to help and explain. Yes I would certainly use this company again for booking in the vans.”

“The staff are. Always really helpful.however my name is David not Ann! The other thing last time we sailed back from Dublin, we were told the boat would sail on time, then there was a 2 hour delay. We were told the tides were wrong, not sure there is often such a sudden change in the tides, also the boat didn't get loaded until we actually sailed , 2 hours late. So maybe we were misled, it just felt a waste of time sitting on the dock for three and a half hours...”

“My experience was not great..I rang sat 6.45 to change the vehicle Reg it went to voicemail & I left a message stating the change.I received no call back so I rang back at 8.15 to be informed that you guys do not receive the voicemail. Proceeded to make the change but it was very difficult as your phone line kept interrupting our conversation which was annoying to say the least...regards Tony”
