“The Freigthlink Team is really fantastic. We had problems with the return - it was weekend and the team Freighlink solved this in a few minutes, so we get back to Calais. It´s so good to have experience and people who take care! We always book with Frightlink - great!!!”

“The team are always willing to help with any queries and are quick at responding. I struggled with uploading the port pass details and the customer advisors were straight on with helping me and adding the details to my existing booking. Thank you to Julia Slomiana for completing this for me and also to Ana Nikitina for the support in locating the port pass section.”

“I am both fortunate and grateful for the exceptional service I've from John Gaskell and his team members, Adam, Alexandra and Gabriel at Freighlink. When my vehicle broke down in the Republic of Ireland I turned to a large national company with whom I have comprehensive cover. Despite their assurances this company failed to deliver my vehicle to Dublin port on two occasions resulting in two paid ferry bookings being lost. Were it not for Freightlink I sense my vehicle would still be in Dublin. When I contacted Freighlink to make a third ferry booking they immediately understood my frustration and demonstrated an intent to have my vehicle returned to England. It was the first time in a difficult period that I felt reassured. Thanks to John and his team arrangements were made for my vehicle to be picked up from a depot in Dublin, transported to Holyhead and delivered to my garage of choice in England in a very short time. I was kept fully informed at all times. I had total confidence in Freightlink. At all times, John and his team were courteous, friendly, professional and supportive. So refreshing to experience such a positive service approach. I recommend Freightlink to all that have need of their service. Thank you John, Adam, Alexandra and Gabriel. Your help is very much appreciated.”

“It’s been a long time a company has stood out in their prompt replies, their exceptionally kind and patient professionalism on the phone and nothing was too much trouble from a simple question to making and changing my booking when work load had finished early. It’s been a very pleasant experience working with FL and I fully recommend this company to anyone wishing to move your vehicle, in my case on a ferry to the IOM. Please thank all your team as every spoke in your company’s wheel is just as important as the other!! A massive Thank you!!”
