“They where really good till a problem came up With my Pet Dog they asked me to send in copy’s of the dogs passport witch I did then they wanted them in pdf format of course everybody has a jpeg to pdf converter on there phone needless to say this was 40 degree plus heat they where useless”

Hi Rob. We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience with us. Unfortunately, as was explained to you when you emailed us, in order to assist you we needed your booking reference number and your dog's passport in PDF format (this is out of our control as the operator would refuse the passport in any other format).

“I find this website on Google last week, and it is a really nice and easy application. You don't need to put a lot of time in to find what you need. I also was contacted by phone after my first booking by Yanislav Ivanov. He explained me everything what I need to know and was a great help. Really kindly and correct. “Email confirmation wasn't forthcoming I had to chase the booking. I was told the tunnel system had to confirm ? Should have said that at the time of booking and not leave me hanging and having to chase”

“All steps to booking system were ok, just didn't find update for flexi ticket. Also option to choose only for ferry I like to see is not so easy.”

“This was my first booking with freight after Brexit. I was sent all over the place, given wrong info and in the end I cancelled the booking because it was very expensive- including all costs- and I did not have any confidance in the process of booking in combination with the customs clearance by Customslink.”

“I could not make payment even with my saved card. I tried on different devices but it wouldn't accept my card. Infuriating. Finally I called the office where I spoke to a very helpful lady who sent me a link which worked. A bit pointless having the app for on the go if it doesn't work. Otherwise service is great, just sort out the payments.”
