“Exceptional Customer Service Example 101.. We can't thank Daniel Mester enough for pulling a "rabbit out of a hat" to save us from the point of no return when a booking got cancelled. Daniel, you need a 1000 stars, and are an example to all what customer service should be.”

“Would use this company again. It was my first experience ( Harwich - Hook of Holland - Harwich ) with these guys and Daniel Mester on Customer Services guided me all the way. Not only did he email me , he called to check everything was in order So so helpful . Thank you”

Hi Tad, we are sorry to hear that you have had a bad experience with us. As our team member discussed, motorhomes have to be booked on a Ro-Pax ferry, which will accept a mix of car/passenger traffic and freight traffic.
