“Anna and Lukasz are amazing! if only all customer service was this good. Very professional and provided us help at every step. We had issues raising reference numbers and they took care of everything. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Booked ferries to/from Ireland with Freightlink, had issue with raising the PBN, Customslink very helpful, then received a call from Lucasz, courtesy call, offering to check PBN numbers and GMR, all checked, good to go - top service - thanks”

“Although this wasn't all down to freightlink and the operator Condor, I still had little contact in relation to this booking and to constantly chase for updates on availability of my ferry while staying away in Poole and nearly travelled back home as not sure a booking was going to happen, to top it off paying 630 pounds to be sat in a chair for over 9hours on a crossing not great value for money.”

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you received. The booking was placed 23/05/2022 15.51, which unfortunately meant that the operator booking office did not respond before closing for the day. We received a response from the operator the following morning (24/05/2022) with no space available for the evening's sailing. Our customer service team contacted the operator again (24/05/2022) and the booking was confirmed at 12.50 for 25/05/2022 09.00. A cabin was not included in the booking. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.

“Always helpful and efficient. On this occasion the agent made a mistake and we paid for port passes we did not need ( travelling on an ATA Carnet with a GMR) but when the final ferry to Sicily needed a paper ticket ( remember those?) they helped again.”

“Travelling for the first time to the UK after Brexit as an entertainment production represented quite some customs challenges that Freightlink managed to address very quickly and professionally. No doubt they know their business and were able to offer definitive solutions. A special shout out to Daniel, Patrick and a lady whose name, unfortunately, eludes us now, in the freight department, for the incredible availability and friendliness held even in the face of the utmost challenging needs on our part.
