“From arrival at Liverpool the service we received was excellent. We were directed to a parking area and booked in with the utmost efficiency. The general attitude of all the staff was of the highest standard we have ever received in almost 40 years of regular Ferry travel. Although we realise it is a freight boat and there are not facilities for ordinary passengers our basic needs were provided for. From when we entered the passenger/cabin area a staff member directed/accompanied us to all the facilities as if it was the equivalent of a first class cruise ship. I again cannot put into words the highest standard of personal and professional dedication given by the staff in this section of the trip. The cabins were clean, tidy and more than adequate for our needs. The meals supplied were again of a high standard and the use of a kettle etc and supply of tea/coffee was an added bonus. Unfortunately the weather dictated a rather "rough" crossing but that was more than compensated by the overall experience. As the rather famous saying goes " I'll be back ". Thanks to all the staff involved and may they continue to be an asset to your company. Tom Baker.”

“Tarsin Company started dealing with Freightlink Solution few months ago. We have nothing else but satisfaction, since we started dealing with them. Specially, one of the agents, named Mircea, dealt with us in a very professional manner, therefore we are recommending Mircea for his kindness, availability and professionalism. Very good prices, best until now and long opening hours. Very flexible and co-operative company. Freightlink Solutions is exactly what we are looking looking for. Strongly recommended.”

“Well I haven't actually travelled on the ferry yet so I can't rate the experience but the booking procedure was very easy and straightforward and I am really looking forward 2 an alternative 2 P&O Ferries Who were not that great I will be making the crossing fairly regularly and wondered if as a frequent passenger I would be allowed any kind of discount thanks for your attention . Michael McNamara”
