“Lukasz was our main point of contact for our 30+ vehicle move, we had to make several major amendments to the initial booking, these were handled with no issues. Unfortunately our ret journey had issues as several vehicle GMR codes were not accepted by Stena Line. A couple of phone calls to Lukasz corrected the issue which was put down to a computer glitch when original GMRs were entered onto system. We all got home safe and sound.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, technical problems can have a huge impact at the ports. In this case, due to some temporary technical issues with GVMS, your initial GMR's were not saved properly despite showing correct results. Lukasz then made new GMRs for you which were accepted shortly after. At Freightlink, Lukasz and the rest of our fantastic team are dedicated to support our customers the whole way, even in the unfortunate event of technical difficulties. We are pleased to hear that your journey was a success!

“Ask for Joseph! He was very helpful in setting up my account and helping with the more complicated bookings. Freightlink is a great way for a small company to book international freight; easy to identify routes and timing, booking is pretty easy, and the dashboard is great for checking all is in order. The only room for improvement is making the customs minefield easier, but it's certainly no worse with Freightlink.”

“Daniel my advisor was fabulous, but I’m very disappointed that I was able to book a lorry onto the ferry and pay via the app at the time and now be told I’m on standby. This is really upsetting me and causing a lot of stress at work. We have deadlines to get cargo to places and can’t risk being put on standby.”

“Always helpful and efficient. On this occasion the agent made a mistake and we paid for port passes we did not need ( travelling on an ATA Carnet with a GMR) but when the final ferry to Sicily needed a paper ticket ( remember those?) they helped again.”

“The team was incredibly helpful and very informative and fast at responding. Jana was amazing and helped answer all of my questions. The only thing that could have been better would have been adding the ability to book single cabins when making the bookings.”

“Great service to use, easy booking process and when I need to make changes to ferry times , the team have it sorted in minutes for me. We use this service on a regular basis to book crossings from Cairnryan and Portsmouth and always get what we need.”

“Die erste Buchung und die Einrichtung eines Kontos war ein bisschen schwierig, aber dank der geduldigen Mitarbeiterin bei Freigtlink hat alles gut geklappt. Das Personal bei Übergabe des Fahrzeugs war allerdings nicht so behilflich und leider auch nicht ganz so freundlich.”
