Dear Susan, thank you for your feedback. We understand that the original booking was not confirmed due to the lack of availability on the ferry. Unfortunately space availability is handled by the operator and we are not informed of this until we request the booking. Our team contacted you in order to talk about other possible options, however none of them seemed compatible with your needs at that moment.

People are very helpful The policy you don’t accept payment over the phone is stupid. Some company cards are not Authorized to Work online payments.

Hi Mark, thank you for your review. We're glad to hear our team were helpful when placing your booking. Credit/debit cards cannot be used to pay over the phone for customer security and fraud prevention reasons. In these instances we ask our clients to pay via Freightlink Pay link or on our website.

I was luck this evening to call freightlink and Denisa Ifteme answered my call. She was excellent, listen to my problem and worked through all points from my booking through to my export documents and completing the port base form manually because the automated email didn't populate a form to complete from UK to Holland but the reverse Holland to Harwick. I was frustrated at the first contact with Denisa Ifteme as the team needed to board and thing were looking not good.... she was patient, calm and had the knowledge to help me resolve the issue....please give a voucher to say thanks..well done x

When requesting the price I clearly stated the number of drivers and had received an offer of £380. After a week time I was charged another £105 because of the additional driver surcharge. From the beginning of the request I had informed the number of the drivers so why after a week you charged me another money? It sounds as a fraud so I am going to dispute it through my bank. Absolutely shocking. I taught to be a regular customer for this company as I am doing this route once per week but unfortunately I will have to search more trustworthy company.
