“After using FreightLink in 2023 for the first time I've not looked back. A very professional and efficient service - they've guided me all the way through and there's always someone available on call to assist when needed. Joseph and his colleagues offer a terrific service; I can't recommend them highly enough. An excellent supplier.”

“Hi Guys, Phoned your booking line and requested a ferry from Warrenpoint to Heysham return. The guy on the phone said it’s much easier to book online. I tried booking online and found it difficult as I could not find a Jeep and trailer option. I phoned back asking how to book this option as I am collecting an empty fuel unit for the Coast Guard Helicopter. They said that was fine as long as I booked it for something long enough. I did this back online and then phoned to clarify the customs and was put through to your sister company who were great. Today I received an email saying I can’t use this ferry and that I would have to cancel. Your wasting everyone’s time as I phoned several times making it clear what I needed but was referred back to online booking. Regards Lee”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience with us on this occasion. Unfortunately, we only offer tickets for trade cars without drivers on this route. When you called us to add a driver to your booking, a member of our customer service team informed of this. You then requested a refund which has now been processed and should be with you shortly. We apologise for the confusion. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.

“They took a booking from us for a crossing that doesn’t take private cars. When we arrived at the port they couldn’t believe we had been allowed to book it and said even if they had space they couldn’t take us.”

Good morning, unfortunately we do not accept passenger vehicles as we are a freight solutions business. When placing your booking, you stated that your vehicle was a van. We tried to contact you to let you know that there was no availability on the sailing but you did not respond. Regards, Freightlink

“The team are always willing to help with any queries and are quick at responding. I struggled with uploading the port pass details and the customer advisors were straight on with helping me and adding the details to my existing booking.
