“Denisa has been amazing this evening. The whole team are a credit to you. We book ferries most weeks and the team can’t do enough to help us. Whether it’s assisting us with additional documents that are required or amending ferry bookings, even at short notice, they are always on hand to help. Everyone we deal with is friendly and a pleasure to speak to. Thank you Denisa and the rest of the team. We wouldn’t book our ferries anywhere else! What a wonderful team you all are. “Patrick at Freightlink went above and beyond to help with an issue that was in reality my problem. He swiftly re-booked me no fuss and followed up with phone calls and emails. What a helpful, diligent and knowledgable booking and logistics agent. Great to see the human touch is alive and well in this part of the transport industry. 5* for Patrick and 5* for Freightlink. “It was all very informative , but I do wish something was said about the CMR we had no idea what it was or that we needed it no said anything aboutcit whenvwe spoke onbthe phone and we could have still been there as the young man at the office was not helpful at all he didnt explain what it was he was awful we left the office standing outside not knowing what to do. Then a young lady came out and she explained t to us what it was and what we needed to do. Which was so confusing. 5 days on the road with 8 dogs relocating back to uk from turkey was very hard. So a call to a friend that was an a transporter solved the issue and the man seemed very surprised when we went back in with it. We caught the next ferry so thank irsh ferries and the young lady who helped explain.”
