“Communication was good, the freightlink took time to call and explain things to me and gave someone to contact if needed. Also communicate to tell me where the shipment was and did not rush to take my cargo.”

Dziękujemy za komentarz. Przepraszamy za opóźnienie w odpowiedzi na rezerwację. Nasz zespół pilnie pracował nad potwierdzeniem z operatorem promu, który niestety komunikuje się głównie za pośrednictwem poczty elektronicznej. Ten proces e-mailowy, bez możliwości kontaktu telefonicznego, spowodował wydłużenie czasu oczekiwania. Rozumiemy, że było to uciążliwe i dziękujemy za cierpliwość.

“The website and booking process is very easy to follow. Instant confirmation of any steps you have completed. Constant, clear and concise communication. Any queries I had dealt with promptly and with good advice/information. Emails followed up in very quick time, no need to keep chasing them. Also great phone support.”

“Freightlink but me on waiting list when the ferry was empty, shame on you , I had to let my customers down . I booked with Stenaline and had no problem sailing on the next trip.”

Unfortunately we are unable to find your exact booking from the information provided. Standby/waiting list bookings are part of our standard procedure and the ferry operator provides us with very limited availability information.
