Messaged car check about the fact that I'd failed to download the report and the fact that I'd also paid twice. Still 2 days later no reply about the refund which i believe I'm entitled to.

Unfortunately the information provided about the vehicle was wrong in a number of important respects.
The check had to be repeated through Experian. This caused delay and inconvenience and some embarrassment and alarm for the seller.
Please will you refund the fee.
I look forward to confirmation that this has been done.
