“Did comparison through Free Price Compare on the TopCashback site in July 2018 and went with the utility company I had decided upon.The £33 cashback tracked ok ,but continued to be 'pending' for 12 months . Contacted TopCashback about not being paid, and somehow ,my £33 became 'confirmed'..I am now awaiting payment, but it is 14 months since I changed. I will not be dealing with Free Price Compare in the future and warn others against using this company.”

“British Gas seemed to provide the tariffs that suited our use. The monthly cost being £107 this is some £30 less than their advised quote and included some insurance for plumbing etc. I received a letter confirming the monthly cost only to receive another, a week later advising an increase of over £60. This was reduced to £100/m after a phone call. I await my bank statements or another alteration. This is all down to B.G. FPC service was excellent!”

“Getting a good price was fine ,but from accepting it I haven't heard a word. I was actually going to see about changing again because of not hearing anything. I thought it hadn't gone through. My advice to you would be ,let people know that they have changed and don't just leave them assuming they have but aren't sure.”

“When my contract with my current supplier was nearing the end I was advised to compare rates. I searched online and found that Price Compare had good reviews and so I contacted them. This was the best thing I could have done. They did everything from taking my call to doing the switch and kept bme informed every step of the way. A brilliant service and very much appreciated. Thank You.”
