“I was surprised to be contacted after visiting the website by a caller enquiring if I was pleased with the options offered? After a "soft sell" discussion the FPC caller identified a new option more suited to my needs, for which I am now waiting to complete a successful "switch".”

“Found very straightforward, but to now have had nothing from EDF in respect of this switch not even an acknowledgement that this switch is going to happen which is disappointing as I don't know what my position is at the moment.”

“Went on several comparison sites and did not the same results on any of them!!!Spotted Free Price Compare-who I admit I'd never heard of and found a money saving scene with my existing supplier!!!!and I went with that and I'm very happy with the saving.”
