“Did not have any problems with changing over to my new supplier for Gas & Electric. I only hope that the new company is not a problem trying to make contact by phone or emails to sort out any issues as per my previous supplier.”

“An engineer told me that I should have a much lower electricity option from the company I am with and have been for a few years, EDF, so I went onto the site and found, yes, there was a much lower option that I had not been aware of on my account on the EDF site. So I opted for the new one and I had no problem with changing the tariff. It seems so unfair that the company web site doesn't give you the true tariff options available only the ones they want you to see, which it is totally wrong.”
