“Shaka was extremely helpful and explained the process to switch dual fuel without incurring any charges. I chose Sainsburys energy as I had previously dealt with them as my fuel supplier. He was very clear with his enunciation of speech which made the conversation very easy to understand.This is not always the case when answering telephone calls from a great many companies. Many thanks Shaka.”
