“Easy to use switching service. The direct debit page would not accept my bank account details (digit only message when only digits were specified) so I've had to request a paper form to fill in !!!”

“We went through the options and then I was offered a well established company with a rate that wasn't displayed. Very happy with it and although it hasn't happened as yet, I suspect it will be a smooth transition”
