“Second time I've been here to compare energy suppliers and prices. Got a good deal again and it's so easy to switch. The site gives comprehensive information about loadseof suppliers but doesn't try to influence the decision. Works for me!”

“The compare service was good, but once I received the direct debit instructions from Direct Energy, the prices quoted were doubled. I have tried to get in contact with them, so far to no avail. I have left a voicemail with them now and they promise to get back to me. My direct debit will be cancelled and I will use another comparison site unless a call back within a reasonable time and a satisfactory outcome is achieved. If satisfactorily outcome achieved I will change my star rating.”
