“I’m with British Gas/Electric could not go direct to get cheaper deal had to go through comparison site. Have your bills handy as you need information off them, the rest was easy.. I have a smart meter and can already see the saving on a daily basis. Well worth the effort.”

“The start of actual process is very easy to navigate. The information letters all arrived then suddenly stopped I believe the change is complete however no final meter readings have been taken that I am aware of”
