“I came across the offer of getting another quote( after Feb. 14th) the day after I had switched supplier. Panic!!?? Had I been done out of saving more money? I phoned FPC & was reassured that this was not so, as when the new offer came in, I was still in the cooling off period, & if it was to my advantage, I could cancel the first offer & take the new one. How refreshing to have somebody in Customer services who knows what they're on!!”

“Fantastic Service. The gentleman I spoke to found the best deal for me and explained the whole process very clearly. He was very patient whilst I got together the information I needed to complete my direct debit instructions. I learnt that I could start looking for new deals earlier next year - I didn't realise I could do this when my current contract had a maximum of 49 days left to run which was why I had left it to the last minute this time. Will be recommending 'Free Price Compare' to everybody I know. Many thanks for making this so easy for me to do :-)”
