“easy to use best deal on line very happy with the first class service”

“This was an easy service to use and the change of supplier was easy. Even better was that they provided the facility to pick the on going tariff details that I would have used with my old supplier to get an accurate price comparison and saving. This feature was not available on another well known energy switching on line organisation and hence that site gave a false expectation of my saving. Well done Free Price COMPARE.”

“It is a bit scary switching utility company's but as I have already learnt by switching my car insurance this year, it really does save you money. It really is so easy. Also doing online rather than over the phone there are no costs when making the switch.”

“It was impossible to tell if I had selected the correct deal for myself with EON, however I accept this was mainly their fault not yours. It is for this reason the Utility Companies need to be better regulated by HMG”

“I found Free Price Compare a refreshingly helpful website to have come across. Being dealt with by the boss himself was a bonus! He was very helpful and patient - I was pretty steamed up after a frustrating time with Eon and all the nonsense on their website, having spent more than an hour being told how important my call was and they will get to me soon ... this was not the case! I think the whole switching procedure is deliberately confusing, a real minefield especially for the older consumer such as myself, and if people really are out to give us a good deal they should make it really easy for us to stay with them and build customer loyalty. I have no hesitation in recommending FPC to others and know where I'll be going when my current contract - arranged by FPC with the minimal fuss - comes to its end.... FPC! Great service! “This was an excellent and very easy way to change my gas and electricity supplier through comparisons. Costs were explained very simply and clearly and I changed over in less than 10 minutes ! Thank you so much ! The little highland cow from Scotland shows how nervous I was about changing my supplier !”

“I did find your web-site somewhat confusing since I could not determine the base against which you were comparing I would have preferred to see a unit cost comparison using my current suppliers future offerings However a phone call to one of your agents sorted things out for me and also set up my new account with my new supplier EDF which for my needs was the cheapest A very easy switch I am an avid switcher”
