“The whole change of Tariff within 7 days and no complications from 1st contact with Price Compare and Scottish Power. Scottish Power had suggested I change tariff but, was not able to find the particular Tariff on my account, but was told to apply from a Price comparison site and I would be treated as a newcomer. The application was very easy and Price Compare was able to very quickly able to show I'd £70 approx. Initially I heard nothing from Scottish Power and was beginning to think it was not going through. Then I got an email from SP saying my existing a/c had been upgraded to The one initially suggested by them, and I had saved £70 a year. That is the way to keep satisfied customers even though it was a direct £70 loss to them. Thank you Price Compare for doing all the hard work, I hope to use you again and will certainly recommend you to my Friends etc.”

“After an aborted computer search the company telephoned and were able to get a better deal from my current supplier. Easy acceptance and confirmation that I had a new rate. I assume this is in operation as I have not received any confirmation from my supplier.”
