“Good service from your agency in setting up the new account, but disappointed with Scottish Power site admin and website access. Having now supplied my second monthly figures, they don't seem to show itemised units per fuel used in monthly costings, (allowing customers to check and compare), just a debit figure. My previous supplier "Avro", and particularly "White Rose Energy" before them, had precise unit figure calculations after every submit! I hope you might pass on this message to them !”

“So far the switch has gone well. I haven't yet had the 'pleasure' of contacting customer services to put them to the test. Hopefully that won't happen and I can just have my supply and pay for precisely what I use - unlike the last lot!”
