“Site easy to navigate. Offers/prices as expected with wide range of products. No issues completing forms/questions etc.. Only annoyance is not being able to get quotes without filling in questions first, which is unfortunately the norm these days. Better rewards offered via TopCashBack hence using the site.”

“We gave all details of our meter and tariffs. We have had another telephone conversation with E D F who have said that they thought that we had an Economy 10 meter still. This has caused a further delay to the switch and we have not yet had comfirmation that the contract has gone through.”

“The problem is that I chose to change suppliers and was told someone would contact me shortly. After 4 or 5 days no one has contacted me so I am left in limbo and not impressed with the lack of service.”
