“Seems good, but in practice didn't work as the current supplier objected even though they owed me money!. In the end I had to manually change from iSupply (who randomly increased my direct debit even though the DD more than covered the usage)”

“I am slightly deaf and find speaking to any call-centre extremely difficult. Usually dialects or poor diction mean that I have to ask for questions to be repeated over and over. This operator spoke slowly and very clearly and was patient when I had to look up the answers to some of his questions. This was a first class experience. I wish I could remember his name..........”
