“Having considerable problems trying to switch my gas and electricity provider online, I contacted FPC and received all the help I needed to complete the matter. Not only that ,but I was contacted afterwards to make sure that I had done it correctly. The gentleman who was so helpful and professional throughout goes by the name of "Shaka" I believe and I would be grateful if it would be possible to pass my thanks on to him. Thank you . R. L.
